JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (December 1, 2016) – Fortegra®, a Tiptree Financial Inc. company (NASDAQ:TIPT), today announced a new partnership with telecommunications utility subsidiary PVT NetWorks®. Upholding a mutual goal to provide quality products and services to customers, PVT subscribers will now have access to consumer electronics protection courtesy of SecureTech, powered by Fortegra.

SecureTech provides mechanical and electrical failure protection for consumer electronics through Fortegra’s nationwide service network. Customers have the choice between the basic plan (computers, laptops, tablets, and routers) and the expanded plan (the basic plan plus flat screen TVs and game consoles). All items are bundled together in one protection plan at one low price. PVT subscribers will be able to add coverage to their regular bill by calling PVT customer service or visiting a PVT location. Plans can be started at any time and will cover electronics no matter their age, as long as they are currently in working condition.
